Blindingly colourful azalea (ツツジ) illuminate Bishamon-do’s (毘沙門堂) Sanno-sha (山王社). The tiny shrine is dedicated to the guardian deity of Mt. Hiei (比叡山), home of the Tendai sect (天台宗) to which Bishamon-do (毘沙門堂) belongs.
